Miranda Lambert lost more than a husband in her divorce with Blake Shelton, she lost her best friend. So sad! Now, an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY why Blake and Miranda aren’t tight anymore. We have the scoop.
The only thing worse than losing your husband, is losing your number one confidant. A source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that that’s exactly how Miranda Lambert, 32, feels about her split with Blake Shelton, 39. Here’s what we know.
Blake and Miranda were more than just lovers over their nearly decade-long relationship, they also became the closest of friends. While Blake seems fine with losing one of his besties, Miranda isn’t finding letting go to be so easy. “She would love to at least still be friends with Blake and talk from time to time,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “but he’s so enamored with Gwen that he doesn’t have time for anyone else, especially for Miranda.” Poor girl. You can get Miranda’s album Platinum RIGHT HERE.
Miranda’s heart is aching from seeing how easily she was replaced, but she still craves those intimate conversations with Blake. “It’s heartbreaking for her to not only lose her husband, but also her best friend,” the source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Luckily, Blake wasn’t the only one Miranda could talk to. She still has a super close family that will always have her back. “Fortunately she’s tight with her family and they keep her strong, but she’s still missing Blake, and hearing how happy he is with Gwen doesn’t make it any easier.” Hopefully Miranda will find someone new to be her everything soon, and we have a few ideas for a suitable replacement. Good luck girl!
