OMG, it’s like Christmas morning, Beliebers! Justin Bieber dropped by ‘The Late Late Show’ to perform another exquisite round of Carpool Karaoke with host James Corden– and the two also pick out outfits for each other. Seriously.
“I came as soon as I could,” Justin Bieber, 21, told The Late Late Show host James Corden, 37, on his Nov. 18 episode. The duo wastes no time hitting the road to discuss such important questions as who named JB’s fans “Beliebers,” what James’ fans should be called– and of course, the two completely crush a round of carpool karaoke, singing a few of Justin’s songs off his new album, Purpose, as well as some Alanis Morisette, obvi. Watch immediately!
“Are you ready to kick it old school?” James asks Justin, as we hear the first few bars of Justin’s 2010 hit, “Never Say Never.” Yeah, dead already– and it’s been like, one minute.
The two temporarily pause from singing melodious harmonies to discuss Justin’s clothes, specifically, the length of his shirt. “I just feel like I should take you shopping, honestly,” Justin tells James. A pretty intense argument breaks out over their respective styles, so it’s probably best we just move on to more singing.
They next tackle Justin’s first single off Purpose, “What Do You Mean?” and Justin gives us all a treat by serving us the most smoldering smolder we ever did smolder– uh, see. Anyways, for better or worse, the guys then decide to go shopping, with Justin picking out an outfit for James. But don’t worry! James gets to pick out an outfit for Justin as well.
If you think the whole situation sounds beyond words ridiculous, well, you’d be absolutely correct! Did you like this rendition of carpool karaoke more than the first?
