The Biebs is back! For the second time in less than three months, Justin Bieber rocked out on Rockefeller Plaza for an epic ‘Today’ Show concert on Nov. 18. And, of course, he totally killed it while performing hits from his brand new album, ‘Purpose’!
It’s the biggest concert Justin Bieber has ever done! The singer performed on the Today Show Nov. 18, and after promising a huge show, he totally delivered. Justin rocked out to songs from his album Purpose, including his newest hit, “Sorry,” and it was beyond epic!
Wearing a pair of light-washed, ripped jeans, a white tee, oversized gray cardigan sweater and black winter hat, Justin showed off his dance moves and vocals in front of the massive crowd. First up, he performed “Sorry,” and, naturally, he brought his group of male and female dancers with him to break it down to the buzzed-about track. Of course, the crowd went totally wild! He then broke out in a stripped-down version of “Love Yourself,” just him, his voice, and an acoustic guitar player. Definitely a change of pace that really made this feel like a real concert!
Halsey joined the Biebs next to sing their duet “The Feeling,” and it was so cool to see them perform it together for the first time! He went acoustic again to perform “Company” next, and later, Big Sean also showed up to rap his verse on “No Pressure,” proving that Justin really wanted to bring out all the stops for this one. Fans were certainly not disappointed!
It’s been a busy few weeks for Justin as he’s promoted this highly-anticipated album, which finally dropped on Nov. 13. He took over The Ellen DeGeneres show for the entire week leading up to the record’s release, and put on another huge, outdoor concert for her talk show in Los Angeles on Nov. 12. And he won’t be slowing down any time soon, either!
The 21-year-old will spend the beginning of 2016 preparing for his Purpose tour, which kicks off in March. Hitting dozens of cities around the United States, the tour will go throughout the summer…and that’s just the very first leg! Of course, we can expect he’ll add international dates, too, so it’s probably going to be nonstop for Justin, whose new album you can buy here, next year.
HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Justin’s appearance on the Today show?
