Kate Middleton stepped out for the Fostering Excellence Awards mere hours after visiting the French Embassy in London to pay her condolences for the victims of the Paris attacks — and she wore a beautiful blue dress to the award ceremony that represented her support and compassion for France during this difficult time.
Kate Middleton, 33, looked perfectly put together as she stepped out in a blue frock, complete with ringlets in her hair, for the 2015 Fostering Excellence Awards in London on Nov. 17, where she looked regal in a royal blue dress by Saloni Lodha. The designer, who was born in India, launched the London-based label in 2007 — and considering Kate is set to embark on a spring tour of India, we couldn’t think of a more fitting frock for the occasion.
Kate attended the 2015 Fostering Excellence Awards in BMA House in London, where she was present for a special tea party. The Duchess awarded three fostering Achievement Awards to youth that was present and was given handmade quilts and presents for Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
