The ‘Sister Wives’ stars are headed to court to fight for their right to live the way they like. Now, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the looming legal battle is the best thing that’s ever happened to Kody Brown and his polygamous family. We’ll tell you why.
Having to fight for their right to be together, has only brought Kody Brown and his four wives who star on the show Sister Wives closer. As a matter of fact, it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to the family, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. The plural marriage may seem odd to most people, but it works for them and they aren’t going to let anyone tear their family apart, no matter what. We have the scoop.
It certainly hasn’t been easy for the Brown family on TLC’s Sister Wives. Recently, first wife Meri Brown had an online affair, and husband Kody has struggled to adopt newest wife Robyn Brown‘s children. But the toughest thing for the family is that their lifestyle is illegal. Despite this, it works for them, and they love each other, so they’ve fought to stay together. “Challenging the laws on polygamy and going to court has been a great thing for the family,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Maybe even the best thing that’s happened to them so far. Sure, it’s stressful but they’re not letting it get to them, it’s strengthened them as a family.”
The family will stop at nothing to win the right to maintain their lifestyle. “They believe they’re doing the right thing and they’re ready to fight this all the way to the Supreme Court.” the source continues. “They’re happy that they get the chance to defend their choices.” Though it’s hard to understand that unusual family dynamic, just one episode shows how much love is in that family. According to the insider, that love has only grown due to defending their lifestyle in court. “The way Kody has stood up for his family has just made all the wives love him even more, it’s made them all fall even more in love with him.” Awww. We wish them the best.
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Was going to court to defend polygamy the best thing for the Brown family? Sound off below!
