Summer 2015 is long gone, but it’s ok! Fall is here and we are prepared to make it one for the books. First on the list of things to do, figure out how to stay motivated and fit in the colder months!
Fall is rarely the time of year people start thinking about fitness, but I want to change that! Just because it’s leggings season doesn’t mean we should let go of our healthy habits! I have compiled a list of items you need to stay fit and fabulous during fall — check it out!
Tory Burch Fitbit Bracelet – I got the Fitbit as a birthday present and I was obsessed for a week, but then I started wearing it less and less because it didn’t “go with my outfit” that day. Now that I have the Tory Burch wrap bracelet holder, I barely take it off! People literally compliment the bracelet all the time without even knowing there is a Fitbit in there!
Pressed Juicery Cleanse – Let me start off by saying I am NOT a person who likes greens. Okay, I’ll occasionally get a caesar salad for dinner. That counts, right? (Obviously) I had never done a juice cleanse, but I thought, what better way to kick fall off and give me a reason to stay healthy. Three days without solid food wasn’t bad AT ALL! I actually wasn’t hungry – the juices are packed with nutrients and healthy ingredients. The only thing I have to mention is the taste. For heath nuts, you’ll LOVE the taste but for religious chicken nugget eating gals like me, the taste was hard to move past. BUT (on the third day, ugh) I discovered a trick. Drinking the juices with a straw helps them go down better! After the cleanse, I actually started craving healthier food — I’d say it was a success!
FabFitFun Box – The premise of my post is how to stay fit and fab going into fall, so this subscription box was clearly a must have! The seasonal box contains “products for a life well lived,” which is totally awesome. My fall box contained everything from a trendy umbrella to a workout band. (And I felt like it was Christmas morning while going through all the goodies!)
bkr Water Bottles – Nothing gets me more excited about working out than trendy gear and these water bottles certainly do the trick. I used to refill my plastic Poland Springs bottle before hitting the gym, but now that I have my bkr bottles, I use them for everything. I keep one at work too, as a reminder to drink more water throughout the day!
Skinny Mint Tea – I am not usually a tea person but I’m hooked on this drink! It really does reduce the feeling of bloating, which in turn motivates me to eat healthy throughout the day. I have also cut out coffee while on the 28-day teatox, which has saved me tons of $$$!
S’well Bottle – These bottles are perfect to put your tea in! They are trendy and so practical. They keep your warm beverages hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours!
Luna Foreo – This item is a gym bag must-have! The cold weather does weird things to our complexions (I know my skin always starts breaking out around October), but I’ve been using this cleansing device in the morning, after workouts and at night and my face has never felt or looked better! We Are Friends – My goal this fall is to walk as much as possible until the weather gets too cold. I love vibing out to music while I walk and now that I have these awesome headphones, I feel more motivated to walk places! They look awesome on and people always stop me to ask about them.
