Is Dani ready for a second round with the Sanderson sisters? It’s been 22 years since ‘Hocus Pocus’ was released, and Thora Birch admits she had the ‘best time’ making the classic movie. So, she’s totally game for the sequel, right?

Can you believe it’s been 22 years since Hocus Pocus was in theaters? Even after all this time, fans are still clamoring for a sequel. Bette Midler says the cast is ready to do a new movie, but is Thora Birch? And the plot thickens!

Halloween isn’t Halloween without Hocus Pocus. Since 1993, the Disney movie has held a special place in our hearts. We love every single character — Dani, Thackery, Max, the Sanderson sisters — so it’s not surprising that we’ve all been dying for a sequel. ABC News caught up with the cast in honor of All Hallow’s Eve, including Thora!

“The fact that ‘Hocus Pocus’ found a niche in that world where it cannot be extricated from the holiday itself to me is really amazing,” she said. “I’m really surprised, but humbled and happy to be a part of something like that. I had the best time on that film — maybe more than any other movie I worked on.”

Well, it’s safe to assume that Thora would probably be down for Hocus Pocus 2 if it ever came to fruition. Wouldn’t you want to have the best time of your life TWICE?!

Director Kenny Ortega told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he “wouldn’t mind” doing a sequel. Bette Midler joked that the sequel was delayed because Disney couldn’t find a virgin. If there is an actual sequel coming along, Sarah Jessica Parker doesn’t know anything about it. “We’ve all been exchanging funny, not-reality-based messages to one another. [That’s] as much as I know,” she told Vulture.

When it comes to movies, anything is possible. I’m still holding out hope that a Hocus Pocus sequel will happen in my lifetime. If anyone can make it happen, Bette can.

HollywoodLifers, do you think there should be a Hocus Pocus sequel? Let us know!
