There’s a new Bond girl in town! Léa Seydoux is the next lady to star alongside Daniel Craig as a hot Bond girl in the latest James Bond installment, ‘Spectre.’ Get to know more about her here!
If you don’t recognize Léa Seydoux, 30, get ready to see a lot more of her! She has quite the prestigious role coming up in Spectre, starring as a Bond girl named Madeleine Swan. Plus, being that beautiful, there’s no doubt the Paris native be landing more sexy roles like that in the near future. Want to know a little more about Léa? We’ve got five fast facts for you!
1. She’s one of seven children.
Growing up in the sixth district of Paris, Saint German, Léa had a big family with five younger siblings and one older sister. Despite their parents divorcing when Léa was only 3 years old, she and her siblings remained close. Her sister Camille is even her stylist!
2. She has played her favorite Disney princess in a film.
Jean Cocteau’s Beauty & The Beast is her favorite movie, and she had the opportunity to play Belle in a French version of the classic story in 2014!
3. Christian Louboutin is her Godfather.
The famous shoe designer is an old friend of Léa’s family. We can only imagine she got some pretty great presents from him — she had her first pair of Louboutins at age 12! Her father had connections to other famed artists, including Mick Jagger, Lou Reed, and photographer Nan Goldin, so she grew up surrounded by quite the talented bunch!
4. She’s a huge Michael Jackson fan.
Léa revealed in an interview with Vogue Italia that her love for dancing started because of the King of Pop. She even admitted on her official website that she has taught herself some of his choreography!
5. Spectre isn’t her first spy movie.
If Léa looks familiar to you, it may be because of her role in 2011’s Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol as Sabine Moreau. Needless to say, she definitely knows what she’s doing when it comes to spy films!
