Kate Middleton headed to a children’s charity in London for a solo appearance. We loved her gray dress and we couldn’t help but notice that she wore the same exact dress back in 2012! She looked beautiful both times she wore it — do you agree?
Kate Middleton, 33, arrived for a solo appearance at Islington Town Hall in London on Oct. 27, to meet the children from the Chance UK charity. Kate has been out and about everywhere recently and she has been rocking a bunch of new dresses. However, she still is, and always will be, the Royal Recycler, and we love that about her! She rewore this dress back in 2012 — how cool is that?
The Duchess of Cambridge first wore this dress on March 15, 2012 while she was in London visiting the Dulwich Picture Gallery. Back then, she rocked the gray dress from Irish designer, Orla Kiely, with her usual black suede pumps. The dress is stunning — it has a high neck, 3/4 sleeves, (her fave!), and a tight bodice which features a black floral embroidered bib on it. The bottom half of the dress is the best part — a thin bow belt cinches in her tiny waist and the skirt is completely pleated and mini.
This was one of our fave looks on Kate, so we were so excited when she decided to recycle it. Everything looked exactly the same — she even accessorized with the same pumps and clutch. However, instead of letting her flowy brown hair down in a perfect blowout, she pulled it back into a pretty ponytail.
What do you guys think of Kate’s dress — do you love it as much as we do?
