You thought the Joker was scary… just wait until you see Cara Delevingne’s insane transformation into Enchantress. Here’s your first photo of her in ‘Suicide Squad.’
Cara Delevingne may be best known as a model, but that’s all about to change with Suicide Squad. Just hours after the Empire cover of Jared Leto‘s Joker leaked, Cara landed her own cover of Empire and it’s absolutely incredible. See the photo here!
Writer David Ayers tweeted the cover pic on Oct., 27, which reads “Meet Enchantress.” His caption was pretty perfect: “She’s making her own rules. #Enchantress @Caradelevingne @empiremagazine @wbpictures #skw.” In the cover photo, Cara’s character is wearing a black bra and underwear, a lot of chains, and over all, a very dark look on her face. It’s actually kind of terrifying.
For the most part, we haven’t seen or heard much about Cara’s character, as David and the team have kept all details very quiet. We don’t even know if she’s a villain or hero! However, she did explain a little in her interview about her two characters. First, she’s June Moone: “An adventure seeker who’s always wanted some excitement. And she gets what she wished for, but in a terrible way. At the start of the movie she discovers a cavern and finds…something…within.”

We can assume that’s when we’ll meet Enchantress, who she explains as “an ancient sorceress. A feral being. She’s been trapped for so long and know she’s finally let out.“
When asked how to differenciate between playuing the two characters she revealed, “I’d gather the accent, which is deeper and posher than June’s. And I’d last Nick Cave’s Red Right Hand, that song about the devil. Also a lot of Megadeth. Just evil stuff.”
Alright well we can not wait until next summer for Suicide Squad! Can you?!
