Caitlyn Jenner is all about dressing appropriate and chic, so it comes as no surprise to see her take style tips from the effortless Kate Middleton! In fact, Cait rocked the same dress that Kate wore when she officially announced her engagement to Prince William in 2010. Who do you think wore the Issa London dress better? VOTE!
Taking tips from royalty! Caitlyn Jenner, 65, looked beautiful when she stepped out in a long-sleeved navy Issa London dress — and if seeing her gave you a dose of fashion dejavu, that’s because Kate Middleton was actually the first to wear the frock in 2010, when her engagement to Prince William was announced. Kate donned the regal frock, which matched her exquisite ring, (a heirloom that originally belonged to the late Princess Diana), in London on November 16, 2010 — and five years later, we’re seeing it again.
Kate was all smiles when she stepped out in the dress, which she paired with black pumps and her signature shiny blowout. Soon after she debuted the dress, it quickly sold out — but luckily, (in Cait’s case!), it has been restocked. Like Kate, Cait rocked the frock with black pumps and a voluminous blowout. While Kate tied the dress in the back, Cait switched up the look, wearing a bow at the waistline.
The Duchess of Cambridge always looks perfectly appropriate and chic and serves up endless style inspiration — we totally can’t blame Cait for taking tips from the fashionable royal! In fact, this isn’t the first time we spotted Cait rocking a very “Kate-looking” outfit — from riding boots and skinny jeans to lace sheaths, Cait’s style is just as polished and chic.
