Adele’s new song ‘Hello’ is really striking a chord in Hollywood. Stars like Katy Perry and Kate Hudson are rushing to social media to take part in the wave of emotion sweeping the nation, tears and all!
We’re not the only ones that can’t get enough of 27-year-old Adele‘s new song “Hello.” Katy Perry, 30, and Kate Hudson, 36, can’t contain themselves – or their tears – either! The two took to the internet to share all the feels they experienced in the wake of their new favorite song. Check out the teary pics!
After three years away, Adele came crashing back onto the scene on Oct. 23rd with the emotionally charged (as always) ballad “Hello.” Perhaps it’s the recent breakup from former fiance Matt Bellamy, or maybe it’s just the collective consciousness that makes all of us feel things when we hear Adele start to wail, but the song rubbed Kate Hudson the right way, and she Instagrammed a picture to prove it.
Kate poses behind a throw pillow with just her beautifully makeup-free eyes showing, and the tears flowing freely from them. We love a girl who wears her heart on her sleeve! Along with the pic, Kate said “When @adele puts out a new single… She’s done it again! 💔😭🙌” Her emoji game is strong, capturing how we’re all feeling with a broken heart, heavy cry and praise hands.
And Kate has good company with fellow-crier Katy Perry, who tweeted out a picture of a pillow with tear stains all over it along with the caption “Listen’s to “hello” from @OfficialAdele once” and a big ol’ tear emoji. Of course Katy has been through her fair share of heartache with Russell Brand and John Mayer.
Luckily, both ladies seem to be doing just fine in the love department. Katy is reportedly back with John Mayer and Kate has been spotted out with the absolutely adorable Nick Jonas, who sources tell HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY is really into her, even though she wants to keep it casual. We love ladies that can embrace their emotions and aren’t afraid to share their true feelings, we’re just glad that their hearts aren’t aching too much.
Hey HollywoodLifers, did Adele move you to tears? Sound off below!
