Khloe Kardashian has been by Lamar Odom’s side throughout his entire hospitalization…and she’s making sure he knows she’s not going anywhere with the sweetest gestures. Get the EXCLUSIVE scoop on the couple’s adorable PDA now that the divorce is off.

The marriage is back on for Khloe Kardashian, 31, and Lamar Odom — and with that, so is their display of affection! The reality star has barely let go of her man’s hand as he’s fought back to life after an alleged drug overdose, and HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned everything about their hospital PDA.

“Their hands have been interlocked since Lamar’s been in the hospital,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Lamar lights up with the biggest smile on his face when Khloe’s thumb caresses his fingers and knuckles.”

Lamar and Khloe decided to call off their divorce on Oct. 21, before a judge could sign off and make it official. As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the ex-NBA star truly feels his wife’s love is what kept him alive throughout this whole ordeal.

“Lamar knows Khloe’s right there by his side,” our insider says. “Every time he wakes up, opens his eyes, or even moves, she’s right there and he’s forever grateful. Khloe’s love is keeping him alive. He’s fighting not only for his life, but for his wife and marriage.”

Although Lamar is out of his coma and reportedly doing much better, he still has a long road ahead. “He still can’t stand up alone,” People reported. “He has to be helped to a chair right by his bed.” The 35-year-old is also reportedly taking antibiotics for a “respiratory infection,” and is still receiving dialysis for his failing kidneys. Lamar will need extensive therapy and rehab to help him fully recover from this, but that will come once he is a bit stronger. Khloe plans to be there every step of the way.

HollywoodLifers, do you think Khloe and Lamar’s relationship will last this time?
