Khloe Kardashian always lived in constant fear that something terrible may happen to Lamar Odom, but in the months leading up to his alleged overdose, she sensed more than ever that ‘something bad’ was going to happen, according to a new report
When Khloe Kardashian, 31, got the call that her ex, Lamar Odom, 35, was found unconscious after an alleged overdose on October 13, she was understandably devastated, but not entirely shocked. In the months before Lamar’s hospitalization, Khloe had actually been having premonitions that something bad was about to happen to her ex, a new report claims.
Khloe knew Lamar had a serious problem for years, but things took a scary turn when his best friend Jamie Sangouthai passed away from an infection caused by intravenous drug use in June 2015. “She worried that Lamar would spiral out of control because of the grief,” an insider told Us Weekly.
Even though Khloe had moved on with NBA player James Harden, 26, the source said she continued to obsess over Lamar. Not only did she fear something bad would happen to him, but she had a weird feeling that it would. “She talked about it with her close friends and family all the time. She kept saying something bad was going to happen,” the source explained.
It was after a photo shoot on October 13 when Khloe got the dreaded call that her ex was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel. As we know, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he fought for his life. Khloe and the rest of her family rushed to Las Vegas to be by his side and join his other loved ones in prayer.
As of Oct. 19, his health had improved enough that he could be transferred from the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he will continue his rehabilitation. He is far from out of the wood, but we are just so happy that he’s awake and doing better.
