What a ‘Larger Than Life’ surprise! As the star-studded Balmain x H&M fashion show came to a close on Oct. 20, one more celeb appearance left everyone in awe — a performance by the Backstreet Boys!
How do you top a fashion show headed by Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner? A surprise performance from the Backstreet Boys, of course! The ’90s boy band closed out the Balmain x H&M fashion show in New York City on Oct. 20, and they certainly proved that Backstreet’s back, alright! See a video of their performance below!
Although Nick Carter has been busy in Los Angeles with Dancing With The Stars, that didn’t stop him from reuniting with his fellow bandmates for a surprise appearance in NYC! Looking better than ever, Nick, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, and AJ McLean took the stage to perform some of their most classic hits including “I Want It That Way,” “Larger Than Life,” and “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back).” Plus, the guys nailed their choreography as if they were back in 1995! Needless to say, we so wish we had been there! Watch a fan-filmed clip of “I Want It That Way” below!

Before BSB showed up, Kendall and Gigi were the stars of the show at the Balmain x H&M event, along with other big-name models such as Karlie Kloss, Jourdan Dunn, and Joan Smalls. But when the guys hit the stage, the tables turned — Gigi and Kendall were total fangirls as they sang and danced in the front row!
Speaking of fangirling, the Backstreet Boys recently revealed that they have been talking to the Spice Girls about the possibility of doing a tour together. Especially after seeing the kind of reaction BSB gets from an unexpected appearance, we can only imagine what the response will be if they joined forces with another ’90s great! For now, we’ll just hope that the guys keep doing more surprise performances like this one!
Can you believe the Backstreet Boys did a surprise show, HollywoodLifers? Would you fangirl like Kendall and Gigi? Tell us below!
