As October is BCA, what better way to show your support than to shop and donate to the BCRF? We put together amazing products that are not only cute but also donate their profits to the cause. SHOP for these amazing ideas here.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and there are so many different ways you can research and support this cause. If you haven’t already showed your support, we have rounded up a bunch of products you can SHOP for, that support BCA and donate some of their proceeds. How will you show your support this year?
“Breast Cancer Awareness Month, is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same,” said the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
We have made it easy for you to become aware of this horrible disease, by rounding up a bunch of different cute products that donate to the foundation.
Something amazing that CEO of Land’s End, Federica Marchionni, created, is the Pink Thread Project. Land’s End teamed up with Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), “an organization committed to preventing and curing breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research. The Pink Thread Project allows us to show our support in a subtle way while also contributing to the greater good: 75% of the cost for every pink thread monogram and embroidery goes to BCRF.” You can get a pink monogram on anything from a cute tote to a cozy scarf.
Another way you can show your support, is to shop for a Lokai bracelet. Everyone knows these bracelets are all the rage — everyone from Justin Bieber, 21, to Kylie Jenner, 18, wear one of these cool accessories. Now you can look trendy and do good. My Lokai created the limited edition Lokai Supports The Fight Against Breast Cancer bracelet which is pink and “Lokai will donate to Susan G. Komen One Dollar ($1.00) for each Pink Bracelet sold between September 13th, 2015 and October 31st, 2015 with a minimum contribution of $250,000.” Now that is amazing!
What will you guys do to show your support for BCA month?
