Alison DiLaurentis has gone through major changes when we see her again in season 6B of ‘Pretty Little Liars.’ HollywoodLife.com talked EXCLUSIVELY to Sasha Pieterse, who revealed that we’ll be seeing Alison’s new love story and how she’s coping with life after ‘A.’
Alison DiLaurentis is not the girl she was. Pretty Little Liars is changing the game with the time jump in season 6B, and Alison has done a 360. HollywoodLife.com talked EXCLUSIVELY to Sasha Pieterse, 19, at the show’s PaleyFest panel on Oct. 11 about Alison’s life-changing “love story” and the “rebuilding” of Alison after learning the identity of “A.”
“More [romance] for Alison,” Sasha told HollywoodLife.com. “You see that her name is Rollin. When you first come back, she isn’t married yet. So the fans get to kind of see her love story, and basically how it’s changes her for the better, and basically this new life that she has.”
The Liars have all gone through huge transformations over the course of the last five years. Alison has stayed in Rosewood and made a new life for herself.
“Big changes — these girls have gone through a lot and are older, and they have careers and are finding their own identity outside of Rosewood,” Sasha continued. “There’s Alison, still back at Rosewood, dealing with life, but she’s a totally different person as well. She’s gone through a lot of therapy, and she is basically rebuilding who she is.”
“She’s become a teacher, and I didn’t understand at first, but now it makes perfect sense,” she told us. “She never really had that high school experience so she’s learning through her students, and she’s a very passionate teacher. There’s a love story happening for her, and it’s basically all about how these girls get thrown back to Rosewood thanks to Alison.”
