The Kardashians have flocked to Lamar Odom’s side as he’s been fighting for his life in a Las Vegas hospital — and Metta World Peace is NOT having it. Find out why Lamar’s former Lakers teammate thinks the famous family needs to take a step back and stop crowding the 35-year-old’s bedside!
Khloe Kardashian, 31, has been supporting Lamar Odom, 35, since the moment she found out about the alleged drug overdose that left him unconscious for three long days…but she’s also had several members of her large family tagging along. And while it’s great that the Kardashians have come together for Khloe’s ex, there are critics, including Metta World Peace, 35, who think their presence is completely out of line.
“The only Kardashian that needs to be there is Khloe,” Metta told the Los Angeles Daily News. “Not every Kardashian needs to be around. They need to keep it simple, so Lamar’s children can see him whenever they want to see him. They’re waiting in line to see their own father.”

Regardless of what affect her huge family has had on the situation, it’s clear that the reality star is really giving her all to Lamar’s recovery and care. “She goes everywhere with him,” E! Online reported. “If Lamar leaves the room for testing, she follows. As HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY reported, Khloe is even planning on turning her home into a 24/7 rehabilitation center once Lamar is finally able to leave the hospital! While it’s a huge miracle that L.O. woke up from his coma, there’s still a long road ahead. It’s expected that he’ll have to go through months and months of intensive therapy and rehab to relearn how to walk and talk, and it’s possible that some of the damage done to his body will be permanent. We continue to wish him the best of luck as he pushes through all this!
HollywoodLifers, do you agree with Metta World Peace? Or do you think the Kardashians all have every right to be there?
