Kate Hudson is in the best shape of her life, which was visible as she posed for Allure magazine’s November 2015 issue, wearing nothing more than a sheer bodysuit and a see-through Alexander McQueen dress. How does she do it? “People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that’s bullsh**,” she told the magazine as she opened up about how she stays in shape. Kate is a multi-tasking mom, but she always fits a workout into her day.
“If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you’re going to see changes,” she said. “I do things that people would think look completely insane,” she said, admitting that it’s all about fitting it into your lifestyle in a practical way. “I’ve had days where I have the kids – Ryder’s on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller – and I will run and sprint up hills.”
The star admitted that working out is more about just looking good. “It’s brain chemistry,” she said. Whatever she’s doing is definitely working, and Kate looks happier and healthier than ever before, despite ending her relationship with fiancé Matt Bellamy after four years together. “It’s been a seamless transition. Kids just want to see their parents be cool,” she said. “Relationships ending are painful, and you can choose to carry that or you can choose to reframe it. If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives,” she said.
