Lamar Odom is truly loved. As he continues his miraculous recovery in a Las Vegas hospital, he’s been receiving an incredible amount of gifts from his NBA friends and fans who want him to know just how much he’s cared for, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.
If Lamar Odom, 35, didn’t feel loved before, he sure does now. The former NBA star has been getting gifts left and right from his basketball buddies and fans, HollywoodLife.com has found out EXCLUSIVELY. His hospital room, where he’s been staying since he was admitted on Oct. 13, is filled with gifts for him from those who want to show their undying support for Lamar.
“Lamar’s room was beginning to look like Christmas. It was filled with gifts. There were ‘get well’ balloons all over the place. There were cards, ” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “His family had brought some of his personal items and pictures that they thought would cheer him up. Some of his NBA friends sent a myriad of presents like signed basketballs to his room! Some fans of Lamar and Khloe’s even sent flowers to them, in hopes they would bring some joy to both Lamar and Khloe. There were so many gifts pouring into his room that hospital officials had to remove most of them and put them in their storage area.
How sweet! It must make Lamar feel so good to have all this support surrounding him during this difficult time. Lamar has been fighting for his life ever since he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel after an alleged drug overdose on Oct. 13. After a few days where Lamar’s fate was touch-and-go, he woke up from his coma on Oct. 16. He is reportedly now breathing on his own and has moved from his bed for the first time since his hospitalization.
Lamar’s kids as well as Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian have all shown their support for Lamar at the hospital. Khloe and his family are hoping he will be moved out of the ICU soon. HollywoodLife.com previously reported that his loved ones are thinking about sending Lamar to rehab once he’s recovered.
