The Kardashian family is doing everything possible to get Lamar Odom the help he needs. The former basketball star remains in critical condition in a Las Vegas hospital, so the famous fam has flown in specialists from Los Angeles to consult with his current doctors.
Things are not improving for Lamar Odom. As Khloe Kardashian, 34, and her family pray for a miracle, they’ve hired specialist doctors from L.A. to fly to Las Vegas and examine the comatose 35-year-old, a new report claims. But is it too late?
Three days after he was admitted to the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Lamar’s chance at survival remains 50/50, but the situation is “dire.” Clinging to any hope they have, the Kardashian family is sparing no expense when it comes to Khloe’s ex’s care, and have flown specialists from Los Angeles to look over the former Lakers star, according to TMZ.
Sadly, Lamar has shown no improvement — although there have been moments of encouragement — since he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13, after he allegedly consumed a mixture of cocaine and herbal substitute for Viagara. The alleged drug overdose has led him to experience major organ failure, and he is still unable to breathe on his own.
While Khloe remains in Vegas by Lamar’s side — his kids, Destiny, 17, and Lamar Jr., 13, and ex, Liza Morales, are also there — the rest of the Karadshians flew home to Los Angles on Oct. 14. But the 31-year-old is not alone, as she’s in constant contact with her family members, who are reportedly planning to return over the weekend.
“They are not abandoning her,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They are all coming back. They went home and are dealign with their responsibilities, getting clothes, seeing the kids and grandkids, and coming back. They will not leave Khloe to deal with this alone. Meanwhile, Khloe has been getting advice from Kris and Caitlyn nonstop.”
