We cannot even imagine what Lamar Odom’s two kids, Destiny and Lamar Jr., are going through right now. The devastated teenagers were photographed leaving the hospital after spending the day at their father’s bedside on Oct. 15, and looked completely exhausted after the draining ordeal.
At just 13 and 17 years old, Lamar Odom’s kids, Lamar Jr. and Destiny, are sadly no strangers to tragedy. Now, they have to deal with the sad aftermath of their father’s alleged drug overdose, and the most recent pictures of them leaving the hospital with mom, Liza Morales, prove the situation is really taking its toll.
The kids, Liza and Lamar’s aunt all looked to be understandably exhausted as they emerged from the hospital on Oct. 15. The group arrived in Las Vegas from New York City on Oct. 14 after Khloe Kardashian, 31, made super quick flight arrangements to get them out west. We are totally heartbroken for the poor children.
The former L.A. Lakers star remains in critical condition as he continues to fight for his life. Although there have been a few encouraging moments — like when he briefly opened his eyes — doctors are certainly concerned because Lamar’s major organs are failing, and he has not awoken from the coma. Members of the Kardashian family — Kim, Kris, Kourtney and Kylie — were all by Khloe’s side as she grieved for her estranged love all week, but they were seen getting on a private plane bound for Los Angeles on the afternoon of Oct. 15. Khloe, meanwhile, has barely left Lamar’s side. “It’s her new home and she’s not leaving until Lamar does,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “The girl hasn’t even bathed since she’s arrived and the little makeup she had on when she got there no longer exists. Khloe’s even sleeping on the floor!”
Our thoughts remain with Lamar, his kids and the Kardashian family. HollywoodLifers, leave your condolences in the comments section below.
