So heartbreaking. Khloe Kardashian and her family are bracing to say their final goodbyes to Lamar Odom, as he remains unconscious in his hospital bed in Las Vegas, and his chance for survival is not looking good, a new report claims. Find out all the details here.

An inconsolable Khloe Kardashian, 31, is preparing to say her final goodbye to the love of her life, Lamar Odom, 35, as things are looking grim for the former NBA star. His major organs are reportedly failing, and doctors aren’t sure he’ll recover.

“[The Kardashians are] pretty sure this is goodbye, but they’re praying for a miracle,” a source close to the Kardashian family tells People magazine. “They know that God has the power to heal him, but that’s really the last hope at this point. This is really bad.” The former L.A. Laker was rushed to the hospital from the Love Ranch Brothel Oct. 13 after he was found unresponsive with blood coming out of his mouth and nose. He’s been in a coma since arriving at the hospital and reportedly has suffered multiple strokes and organ failure. He’s reportedly hasn’t shown any signs of improvement since arriving.

“He never signed a living will, so Khloé is making decisions for him,” the source added, saying it’s “very stressful. She is lost.” Poor Khloe! She stood by him through cheating and drug scandals, but now she has to make life and death decisions for the man she so deeply loved and still cares for greatly.

The Kardashian family is rallying around Lamar, hoping for a miracle. But sadly he’s only been given a 50/50 chance of pulling through with the extent of the internal damage caused during the reported overdose. Not only is Khloe by his bedside, but so are her sisters, Kim Kardashian West, 34, and Kourtney Kardashian, 36, who flew in Oct. 14 to join in support of her sister. Kim has cancelled her baby shower in the midst of Lamar’s hospitalization. Mother Kris Jenner, 59, arrived the night before to comfort her heartbroken daughter. Khloe also flew Lamar’s kids, Destiny, 17, and Lamar Jr., 13, and ex Liza Morales, 36, out to Las Vegas to be by Lamar’s side.
