Lea told Women’s Health her favorite workouts:
“I go back and forth between hiking and hot yoga. Hot yoga is my absolute favorite. I started in New York doing Bikram yoga with Jonathan Groff and now I love the studios out here [in L.A.] and I do it all the time. I’m really obsessed.”

“I’m really close with Becca [Tobin], who was on Glee with me, and we go hiking all the time. I hike on trails about four times a week; I love being outside.”
She also recently completed a wellness retreat in Malibu, Calif. with boyfriend Matthew Paetz, and two friends that was way more intense than casual hiking, with super advanced trails! “The feeling on day one was like, ‘I did iiiiit! I am the strongest person on the planeeeeet!’ Day three or four was more like, ‘I’m in pain. This is horrible. Dear god, just get to that bush. Get to the bush, then get to the rock…’”
2. Hot Yoga:
“[Becca and I] also do hot yoga; I like exercises that have a little spirituality to them. It’s the greatest combination of meditation, detox, and a fantastic workout.”

“When I get stressed, I think that for me, I just live a very active life. No matter what, if I can just go for a nice hike, or if I can have a little glass of wine, or eat good food, that always is my best medicine.”
