Don’t believe everything you hear, you guys! Selena Gomez knows what it’s like to be the subject of untrue rumors, so she made sure to set the record straight on an ugly little report that’s floating around about her BFF Taylor Swift and boyfriend Calvin Harris. Listen here!
It looks like those Taylor Swift, 25, and Calvin Harris, 31, break up rumors really are untrue — just ask Selena Gomez. In a new interview, the 23-year-old slams reports that her pal and the DJ have split, and rants about how the things said about them in the media are so outrageous and ridiculous.
“I think I would have found that out,” Selena told Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM radio show. “Honestly, it’s so stupid. I’m pregnant every week. [Taylor’s] gonna be pregnant. It’s so stupid, like you can’t really read that stuff.”
Speculation about Taylor and Calvin’s relationship has been constant since they got together in February, and this time, the claim was that Tay was ending things with her man because she was photographed leaving a Thai massage parlor that’s known for giving happy endings. Although they ignore most of the rumors, the DJ himself made sure to take to Twitter to clarify this one.
“It’s not going to be a ‘happy ending’ for everyone I sue for defamation of character for all these bulls*** stories bye bye,” he wrote. And the “Wildest Dreams” singer wanted everyone to know that she’s on the same page…because she favorited her man’s tweet!
Because of their busy schedules, these two haven’t been able to spend as much time together lately as they did in the beginning of their relationship — but they’re hoping to change that pretty soon! As HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY reported, Taylor is planning to invite Calvin to her family’s Thanksgiving dinner in November, and she’s eager to devote her time to him once her 1989 world tour ends in December. Get ready to see a lot more of these two as a duo!
