AJ told Rolling Stone in a new interview that there’s actually some truth to the Backstreet Boys/Spice Girls tour rumors. “The Spice Girls tour has been this idea bouncing around for the past year and a half, “AJ revealed. “It’s something we’re still talking about.” So exciting — this would be the best 90s music revival since ‘NSYNC reunited at the 2013 VMAs. They say only 90s kids remember, but let’s be real: a super joint tour between the Girls and the Boys would rock the entire world.

In Sept. 2013, Scary Spice/Melanie Brown went on Ellen and confessed that she wants the Spice Girls to go back on tour. “I’d love to,” she told Ellen DeGeneres. “I’m gonna make it happen one day. I’m hoping in the next year or two, when everybody’s cleared their diary a little bit.” Okay, well, it’s a few years later now — time to get back on the road and invite the Boys along, Mel B!
