Watch that dinosaur go! Reko Rivera made it look so easy — and hilarious — when he climbed up a rope and ran through a difficult obstacle course in an inflatable T-rex suit! The video is a part of a series from Brentwood Photography where the user takes around the dinosaur costume and asks people to do silly challenges with them. “Took the suit to American Ninja Warrior T-Raining with Reko Rivera,” reads the caption of the video. “He did an amazing job given the T-Rex has such little arms!” Make sure you watch the hilarious video above!
Imagine actually wearing a costume while doing the REAL American Ninja Warrior course. The objective of the TV show is to complete a difficult course within a time limit and it’s based off of a Japanese show called Sasuke. The American version of the show actually crowned their first winner after 3, 500 contestants and seven long seasons!
Professional rock climber Isaac Caldiero became the first person to complete the stages necessary to win American Ninja. After completing the preliminary rounds, Isaac competed in the national finals round in Las Vegas, where he faced a crazy four-stage course modeled after the legendary Mt. Midoriyama course in Japan.
“Winning this event always seemed impossible,” Isaac told Entertainment Weekly after his win. “As the first American Ninja Warrior I want to use this opportunity to inspire the world to find your impossible and conquer it.” Anything is possible if you try hard enough!
