It’s been a while since we’ve seen Justin Bieber cut loose — what with cleaning up his act and all. But on Oct. 1, the pop star showed a glimpse of his inner party boy when he was spotted chugging a bottle of booze on stage with Rae Sremurrd. See it here!
What happens in New Zealand, stays in New Zealand is the philosophy Justin Bieber, 21, appears to be living by during his latest stay down under. Despite his diligent efforts to prove that his bad boy days are over, the “What Do U Mean?” singer appeared to have let loose on Oct. 1 when he joined Rae Sremurrd on stage during the duo’s performance and proceeded to chug booze straight from the bottle. Something tells us Justin might be battling a serious headache today. While joining the hip-hop duo onstage the Biebs allegedly accepted a dare and actually chugged straight from a bottle of Hennessy before passing it to his cohorts, TMZ reports. At one point, Justin even appeared to douse some of those in the front row with the liquor, not to mention a considerable amount of the stage floor. No worries though, Justin and Rae Sremurrd’s Khalif “Swae Lee” Brown and Aaquil “Slim Jimmy” Brown appeared to be having a blast on stage together. The brother duo even invited Justin to perform his new hit “What Do U Mean,” which appears to be just as big a hit down under as it is here in the U.S!
Justin recently opened about his more rebellious days in an interview with Complex magazine, admitting that he used to do some pretty dangerously risky stuff — which he thinks could have easily had him killed! “I was doing anything,” he told the magazine. “I was doing so many things that I shouldn’t even be on the planet still. I think that it was by the grace of God.”
Thankfully, Justin seems to have learned from his mistakes and seems to be a better person now for them. “I’m not going to say I’m sorry for the things that I’ve done because I think that it allows me to tell a story,” said Justin. But he added, “I forgot what I was about, what my mom raised me to be. I veered off, and I got tainted… I got into a little bit of trouble — nothing that other 20-year-olds don’t get into — just rebelling a little bit. Now, being 21, I’m coming into my own and around some pretty cool people who are not afraid to tell me what’s real.” Let’s hope these same people also have some hangover cures to share with him — something tells us he’s going to need them after his wild night out.
