What a relief! After two long days in the hospital, Kim Zolciak’s doctors have given her the OK to head home following her mini stroke. The reality star excitedly shared the news with her fans on Snapchat.
The road to recovery begins for Kim Zolciak! While she has yet to reveal whether or not she’ll compete on Monday’s Dancing With the Stars, the 37-year-old revealed to her Snapchat followers that she’s completed her hospital stay after suffering from a stroke on Sept. 22. YAY!
In the quick video, Kim holds a Starbucks cup and appears to be getting wheeled out of her hospital room in a wheelchair. “Yahoo I’m going home!” she says into the camera. “I’m so excited!” She also added, “Home bound!!!!” as the caption to really get across how happy she is about this news.
Origially, the Bravo star had high hopes of getting out of the hospital on Sept. 24, but on the morning of Sept. 25, she still had to have one more minor procedure done. However, it appears everything went well, because just hours later, she shared the new video with the exciting release news.
Still, Kim and the team at DWTS are keeping super tight-lipped about her fate on the show. She has reportedly been practicing her dance moves with pro partner Tony Dovolani, who’s been by her side throughout this medical setback, in the hospital, so as long as she gets the OK from her doctor, we may actually see her on stage Monday. However, we also totally understand if Kim just wants/needs to take it easy for a while!
Our thoughts remain with Kim as she continues to recover! HollywoodLifers, do you think it’s too soon for her to be leaving the hospital? Let us know in the comments section below.
