We all want that dewy, ‘lit from within’ skin look, but how can you look glowy without looking shiny? Ariana Grande’s makeup artist is breaking it down.
Ariana Grande, 22, always seems to look luminous but never shiny or oily. Her makeup artist has a few tips and a product that costs under $20 for you to get the look below!
Daniel Chinchilla, who has been on tour with Ariana and has worked with her for years, tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively:
“For me, primers are very important because they give the control of keeping things dewy and not having a oily finish. I would stick to a mattifying primer because that will control the excess oil in the skin. And then you can use some highlighters on the cheekbones to give yourself the dewy and non-oily look all over! I like to create a matte finish almost and then add the dewy back on the cheeks and nose with highlighters, creams or powder highlighters. I know that Ulta has a contour palette with a couple bronzers and highlighters that work very well.
The Ulta Contour Kit is only $18 and a fan favorite!
Dewy Skin — Get A Glow With Highlighter & Bronzer
Another highlighting kit I love is the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Filmstar Bronze & Glow’ Face Sculpt & Highlight.
You can, of course, use it on your face in the traditional way, but applying to your collarbone and décolletage will give your chest a super sexy glow. Applying the highlighter down your arm will make it appear slimmer. Watch this instructional video for even more tips.
Do you like your skin to be dewy and glowing or do you prefer a matte face?
