Female celebs like Kylie Jenner seem to change up their hairstyles on the regular, but some guys are in on the fun, too! Male stars like Justin Bieber, Jared Leto and Zayn Malik have made drastic hair transformations — check those (and MORE) out right here!
Justin Bieber, 21, made quite the statement when he debuted his platinum blond hair on the Today Show Sept. 10, but he’s not the only guy who has had as hocking hairstyle makeover. Click through the gallery to see other stars who’ve taken the plunge with their ‘do!
The Biebs has been growing his hair out for weeks, and has been sporting a floppy style recently, but he took things to a whole new level during his TV appearance this week. Although he initially hid the dye job with a hat, it eventually was a secret no more, and he revealed the bleached, nearly-white hue to the crowd. It’s not the first time he’s gone platinum, but we definitely weren’t expecting it!
As the Joker in the highly-anticipated Suicide Squad, Jared Leto had to make a major change for his role. The actor has had long hair for as long, luscious lock for as long as we can remember, but he chopped them off and revealed the results on March 2. But he took things a step further by dying the shortened ‘do bright GREEN for his role in April! Then, when Jared showed up to the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 30, his hair was PINK!
Of course, we can’t forget about Zayn Malik! Throughout his time in One Direction, the singer rarely made drastic changes to his hairstyle, but once he left the band in March, all hell broke loose! First, he totally shaved it all off in April — literally less than a month after he announced he was leaving the group. Things got really crazy in June, though, when he went from bright green to totally white…talk about indecisive! By August, it was gray. Make up your mind, Zayn!
There’s many more where these came from — click through the gallery and see how Harry Styles, Shia LaBeouf and more also changed up their hair. And let us know, HollywoodLifers: Whose man mane makeover do you like best?
