Tyra Banks Confirms ‘Life-Size 2’ Script-Reads & Possible Release Date

Are you freaking out, because we are! It’s been a year since we’ve heard anything about the ‘Life-Size’ sequel, but luckily, we got Tyra Banks to spill some details exclusively about just how far along the Disney Channel hit is.

Fifteen years after the original Life-Size hit Disney Channel, we’re all still talking about it– including Tyra Banks. That’s probably why she’s the EP on the spinoff! HollywoodLife.com exclusively chatted with Tyra, who’s about to launch her new talkshow, FABLife, and she revealed that she has read “many drafts” of the script! OMG.

“We have gotten many drafts of scripts, and the one thing I can say is that to the Disney Channel executives, Life-Size is so precious,” Tyra said. “It’s like their baby, so they just want it perfect. They keep re-doing it, and re-doing it, and re-doing the script, and we are in another round of redos, and we’re hoping for Christmas 2016.”

Yes you guys, in a little over a year, we could FINALLY get the new Life-Size! Now, Tyra confirmed this news last summer during Bravos’ Watch What Happens Live, but didn’t say if Lindsay Lohan‘s character would return. “Right now, we haven’t spoken to Lindsay. But you never know,” she said at the time.

Life-Size definitely was a huge hit for Disney and Lindsay was only 11 when it was made. Tyra took on the role of a Barbie Doll who Casey Stuart (Lindsay) accidentally brought her to life after losing her mother. It instantly became a favorite. Get ‘Life-Size’ Here!
