Let’s hope Kanye West has some fireproof Yeezys because Comedy Central wants to roast him! HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop that the network wants Yeezy to be the subject of the next Comedy Central Roast and it’s ‘confident’ that he’ll say yes!
Wow! After the success of Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber, 21, there’s only one way the network could top itself: by getting Kanye West, 38, to be the next celebrity to sit in the hot seat. HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that Comedy Central is trying to get Yeezy to agree to take part in what they think will be the best roast yet!
“They want their next Roast to be Kanye West,” an inside source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. The producers behind the show are planning to ask Kanye later this year if he’s interested in getting playfully mocked by friends, family, fans and comedians.
While Kanye doesn’t really come off as the kind of person who would agree to having people insult him to his face, the source tells HollywoodLife.com that the same Viacom officials that got him to accept the Video Vanguard Award are putting together the proposal. “They are confident it will happen,” the insider added.

Kanye’s Comedy Central Roast could very well top Justin Bieber’s turn in the spotlight. During the event, Justin was razzed by Shaquille O’Neal, Ludicrous and Martha Stewart! Plus, Will Farrell appeared as his Ron Burgandy character from Anchorman. Epic! With all of Kanye’s friends, imagine who might show up to take a turn teasing Yeezy. After Kanye declared he would run for president in 2020, there’s plenty of material for similar celebs and comedians to use in their jokes!
Still, Kanye still needs to say yes, but the source tells HollywoodLife.com that “some people in the decision making process have said they already have got one Presidential candidate in the past so why not another!” That presidential candidate? Donald Trump. We wouldn’t be surprised if Donald showed up to take a shot at Kanye. The show’s producers hope Yeezy agrees to do it, because the source says “They think that it would be the best Roast yet!”
