Being a new parent can be scary for most people, and Carrie Underwood is no different. The stunning country singer opened up about a scary situation involving her infant son Isaiah.
Carrie Underwood, 32, is just learning the parenting ropes as of late. The multi-Grammy Award winner had quite the scare on July 11, when she accidentally locked her infant son, Isaiah, in the car.
Insert 2nd paragraph here.
“We were at the airport, the car was running, the radio was on, the air conditioning was on, our family kind of came to see us off,” Carey revealed to Chicago’s US 99.5 radio station. “As you do, you get out of the front seat and you shut the door so you can turn around, so you can get your luggage out.”
She went on to say that her dogs, Ace and Penny managed to lock themselves, her stuff and poor little Isaiah in the car. “Immediately, one of the dogs jumped up on the little control panel on the door, and I heard the thing click. I was like, ‘The doors locked, the doors locked, the doors locked!'”
“We were trying to jimmy open the car door. Nobody had a hanger. I was trying to get the dogs to come back over and do the same thing and unlock the door.” She said that finally her brother-in-law stepped up and broke the window.
Thankfully, everything turned out okay, but obviously it left her was pretty shaken up. She took to Twitter to share the scary incident.
When your dogs manage to lock themselves, all your stuff & the baby in the car & you have to break a window to get in. #WhatAreTheChances

I should clarify. My bro-in-law was actually the window breaker in the "dogs-locked-the-car-door" incident today! But all is good now!
