We knew Tom Hardy could act but he can also lip sync… like, really really well. From 50 Cent’s ‘P.I.M.P.’ and Wu-Tang Clan’s ‘Cream,’ to The Beach Boys’ ‘Fun, Fun, Fun,’ he can pretty much do any song. And yes, we have videos.
In the world of social media, someone has to take the lead. Move over, Caitlyn Jenner, it looks like Tom Hardy is stepping into the spotlight by using Dubsmash. The Mad Max star’s famous friends have been sharing tons of videos of him covering huge songs — yes, including one from the Grease soundtrack. Brace yourself. Here comes Mr. Hardy like you’ve never seen him before. (Okay, it’s not as good as those Myspace pics, but still.)
You may know Tom Hardy, 37, as the man behind the Bane mask, but this time — he’s stepping out as a singer. Ok, so not really a singer, but a total lip sync master! For months now, he’s been using the Dubsmash app that everyone is obsessed with , but let’s just say, he’s topping everyone. Luckily, singers and his stunt double, Jake Tomuri, have been sharing a ton of videos of him. And he has no specific taste in music — he can do everything! Don’t believe me? I’ve put all the videos below, so you can watch — then tell me which is your favorite.
Let’s start with my all time favorite, 50 Cent‘s 2003 hit song, “P.I.M.P.” — the video was posted by Curtis himself:
