Joe Giudice Locks Daughter Gia, 14, Out Of House & Police Called After Screaming Match

Joe Giudice is making waves over at the Jersey Shore and not good ones. The reality star reportedly had the cops called on him after he got into a nasty argument with his daughter Gia, 14. It looks like Joe is having a tough time parenting all the kids while his wife Teresa serves out the remainder of her prison sentence. Joe Giudice, 43, continues to be on the wrong side of the law. The father of four was reportedly caught in a screaming match with his eldest daughter, Gia, 14, on Aug. 15. He even locked her outside of the family's beach house in New Jersey! Family tensions must be high without his wife, Teresa, 43, in the picture. She is currently serving out her 15-month prison sentence in Danbury, Connecticut.

It seems Joe isn’t keeping it all together while Teresa is away. Police were called to the family’s beach house at the Jersey Shore, after a nasty argument unfolded between the father-of-four and a neighbor, reports TMZ. The reason? Well, the reality star allegedly locked his daughter Gia out of their home and left her outside for almost 10 minutes.

Once he finally caved and let Gia back inside, he was heard screaming at the teen from the backyard. That was all it took for one neighbor, she decided to step in. In true Joe fashion, he doesn’t like being told what to do and unleashed fury on the neighbor for butting in. That’s when the police were reportedly called to the home.

Thankfully for Joe and his daughters, no arrests were made.

Joe Will Serve 41 Months Behind Bars

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently raising all four kids all on his own, while the lady of the house finishes up her prison sentence, but not for long. Joe is due to start his 41-month prison sentence after Teresa returns from hers.

The couple were sentenced to their prison time in October 2014 after they pleaded and were found guilty on multiple counts of fraud.
