Karrueche and Ammika are similar on so many levels, it’s freaky. If someone told us they were long lost sisters, we would probably believe them. Their facial features are practically the same, having similar eyes and an identical face shape. Plus, Ammika claims to be African American and Asian on her social media accounts, just like Karrueche. To make them even more the same person? Like Kae, Ammika is reportedly an up-and-coming model.
