Tyga’s present for Kylie Jenner’s 18th birthday certainly set tongues wagging because of its reported $115K price tag, but there’s a special reason why he chose the red Mercedes, HollywoodLife.com can EXCLUSIVELY reveal. Read the full details right here!
What a sweet guy Tyga, 25, is! He gifted Kylie Jenner, 17, with a luxury red Mercedes for her landmark 18th birthday, and it’s now the talk of the internet. There’s also a very sweet reason he picked that particular car, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned.
The “Rack City” rapper reportedly splashed $115K on the car he hand-picked from a dealership in Los Angeles on Aug.7, and it’s cherry red for a reason! “When he picked the car, Tyga chose the cherry red color because it’s Kylie’s favorite color,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She’s had cherry red streaks in her hair, worn cherry red lipstick and has many dresses in that same shade.”
How thoughtful! What a way to kickstart her birthday weekend! This is a birthday Kylie will likely never forget. (Her actual birthday is Aug. 10, by the way.) The starlet was also treated to a memorable dinner with her family at Nobu in Malibu on Aug. 7, which included a reunion between parents Caitlyn Jenner, 65, and Kris, 59.
Kylie Jenner’s 18th Birthday Celebrations: Visits Children’s Hospital
A flash car wasn’t the only thing Kylie had to be happy about, the teen queen also received a tanned leather Birkin bag that same day!
Despite the lavish gifts, Kylie was in a giving mood as she kicked off her birthday weekend. She made a surprise visit to her fans at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on Aug. 7 to share her birthday joy by bringing a giant cart filled with gifts that she handed out to sick children. So sweet!
UPDATE: Tyga did not buy Kylie the red G-Wagon, TMZ reports. Kylie was just driving Tyga’s car, which Blac Chyna had driven in the past, to her birthday dinner on Aug. 7.
