Even the NYC heat can’t beat Beyoncé’s makeup and hair game. The singer headed to work with a natural makeup look and effortless waves that are easy to copy.
Beyoncé, 33, arrived at her Manhattan office on July 21 in a curve-hugging knit dress with a thigh-high slit. Dressed all in nude, Bey completed her look with neutral makeup and undone waves, proving that you don’t need a full face of makeup in the summer heat to look put together.
After the 2015 MTV VMA nominations were announced, Beyoncé was all smiles as she hit the street — and had every right to be, as the “7/11” singer received five nominations, including one for Video of the Year.
For her casual makeup look, Beyoncé went without any heavy contouring or bold eye and lip makeup, opting for a lighter look. Queen Bey looked radiant, thanks to some strobing tips from her main makeup man, Sir John, no doubt, and kept her eyes lightly lined and lips natural with some nude gloss.
To get her look, use your regular foundation, or a BB cream for a lighter look, and use your fingers to apply an illuminating product like L’Oreal Paris True Match Lumi Liquid Glow Illuminator along your cheekbones, center of the nose and above your Cupid’s bow. Use a long-wear eyeliner like Infallible The Super Slim to line your eyes, creating a slight cat eye like Beyoncé, and finish with a waterproof mascara like Voluminous Miss Manga Rock Waterproof Mascara, for bold lashes that won’t give you racoon eyes in the heat. Finish with a glossy nude lip like L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Le Gloss in Nude Illusion.
