‘RHONY’ Recap: Carole Heads To London To Pick Up Her Dead Husband’s Ashes

Emotions were running high on the July 21 episode of 'The Real Housewives of New York City,' as Ramona fought with Heather at Kristen's charity event, and Carole took Heather and Dorinda to see a psychic before boarding a plane to pick up her dead husband's ashes. The July 21 episode of The Real Housewives of New York City should have been titled "The Carole Radziwill Show" because it was all Carole, all the time. We're definitely not complaining -- just stating the obvious. And even though Carole is not a very controversial person, there was still a lot of fighting going on.

First, Carole visited Bethenny Frankel at her almost-finished apartment, which was full of shelves colored in Skinnygirl red. While there, Carole filled Bethenny in on the drama that occurred at the end of Kristen’s denim-decorating party, specifically Luann‘s attack on Heather and Carole for getting so defensive about the naked man in their vacation house.

Then, Ramona lashed out at Heather at Kristen’s Denim and Diamonds charity event. Ramona didn’t like that Heather displayed her Yummy jeans more prominently than her necklaces. Heather laughed about it and said she wouldn’t entertain such a conversation. In fact, her exact words to Ramona were: “Bye, Felicia.”

Carole then took Heather and Dorinda to a psychic in Queens, who bizarrely knew a lot about each of them. The psychic told Carole that her late husband is always around her, told Heather that she should take her Indian doctor’s advice about her son’s eardrums, and told Dorinda about a balloon, which was a memory she had with her late husband. Everyone was in tears.

But nothing was more emotional than when Carole and Dorinda prepared to fly to London, where Carole will finally pick up her dead husband’s ashes, 15 years after he died. (The church where he was placed is being torn down, so she needs to move his urn.) While waiting in the Delta lounge, Carole and Dorinda shared some emotional memories, while talking about how they moved on after the deaths of their husbands.

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Do you agree with Ramona — that her jewelry line should have been advertised at Kristen’s charity event? Vote in our poll and tell us how you feel!
