How sad. As Bobbi Kristina is in hospice, her relatives are by her side to take care of the young girl. Though she can’t be there in person due to her health, Cissy Houston reportedly makes daily phone calls to talk to her dying granddaughter.
Bobbi Kristina, 22, currently lies in hospice care and she’s not alone. Her family is tending to Whitney Houston’s daughter during her final days. Her grandmother (and Whitney’s mom) Cissy Houston, 81, can’t make the trip to see Bobbi Kristina, but a new report claims that not a day goes by without Cissy calling up to speak with Bobbi.
Cissy is unable to travel to the Peachtree Christian Hospice Center in Georgia, reports US Weekly. The soul and gospel legend is reportedly resting in her New Jersey home due to her health. However, Cissy’s presence is still felt in Bobbi Kristina’s room, as she reportedly calls her granddaughter to talk every single day.
Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Pat Houston, reportedly places the phone up beside Bobbi Kristina’s ear, allowing Cissy to talk to the comatose girl. That is so sad! While Bobbi can’t talk back, it must be comforting for Cissy to reach out and let her granddaughter know that she’s in her thoughts.
Other members of the Brown family are there with Bobbi Kristina, as the insider tells US Weekly that Bobby Brown’s brother Tommy is reportedly there. Friends and family have been making the trek to possibly see Bobbi Kristina one last time before the young girl passes away.
Cissy and the rest of the Houston and Brown families may be preparing for the end of Bobbi Kristina’s life. On July 15, a white tent was put up near the back door of the Peachtree Christian Hospice center. Shortly after the tent went up, a black hearse was photographed pulling up to the facility. With everyone visiting Bobbi Kristina shortly afterward, it appears that Bobbi Kristina’s tragedy is coming to a heartbreaking conclusion.
We continue to send our support, thoughts and prayers to Bobbi Kristina’s loved ones as they continue to deal with this devastating ordeal.
