The armed men who broke into Chris Brown’s San Fernando Valley home on July 15 and held his aunt at gunpoint knew the “Loyal” singer, according to a shocking new report. The robbers even went so far as to follow Chris, 26, and didn’t invade his home until they knew he was at a Hollywood nightclub.
Cops believe that the three armed gunmen who broke into his home knew Chris and could have been familiar with the layout of his home, TMZ reports. Chris hosted a pre-ESPYs party on July 15, and the report also claims the robbers had someone at the club watching him. They told his aunt they needed to move quickly before Chris got back.
Chris left the Argyle nightclub where the party was being held just after 2 a.m., which was almost the exact same time that the robbers broke into his mansion. The robbers were wearing ski masks when they broke into Chris’ house, and their identities are still unknown. HollywoodLife.com has reached out for comment.
This is the second time in less than a year that Chris’ house has been broken into. Amira Kodcia Ayeb, 21, broke into the singer’s home in May 2015 and waited for Chris completely naked in his bed!
Nia Guzman Fears Chris Brown’s Friends Could Kidnap Royalty
After this latest break-in, Nia Guzman, 31, is understandably scared for daughter Royalty, 1. HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY that Nia is terrified that one of Chris’ friends could kidnap their daughter.
“She doesn’t want this to turn into that Mel Gibson movie Ransom – where Chris’ friend kidnaps Royalty for money,” a source told HollywoodLife.com. “Chris can’t even protect his own house or trust his own friends. Nia would be a fool to send Royalty there with Chris and a house full of low lifes.”
