The force is strong with this movie. The cast and filmmakers of Star Wars: The Force Awakens hit the stage at Comic-Con on July 10 and debuted a behind-the-scenes look at the new film. The video featured the cast in character filming scenes for the movie and more!
“Everything’s changed but nothing’s changed,” Mark Hamill, who plays Luke Skywalker, says in the video. “That’s the way you want it to be.” The movie’s fresh faces, including Daisy Ridley, Lupita Nyong’o, John Boyega and Oscar Isaac are all featured in the video.
At the film’s Comic-Con panel, fans learned who the villains will be in the film. Adam Driver, Domhnall Gleeson and Gwendoline Christie will all be on the Dark Side of things, playing Kylo Ren, General Hux and Captain Plasma. Domhnall also let it slip that his character is in command of the Starkiller base.
For weeks leading up to Comic-Con, fans wondered whether Harrison would show up to film’s panel. The actor was seriously injured in a plane crash in March 2015. But Harrison just couldn’t resist a chance to reunite with his beloved castmates.
Fans went wild when Harrison stepped onto the Hall H stage at Comic-Con. Harrison, Carrie and Mark shared a sweet hug before the panel. It was such an incredible moment to see those three stars together again.
