OK — let’s start from the beginning. This week’s episode picks up right where last week’s left off: Bethenny is fighting with Ramona over lunch. While Bethenny is making lunch for the ladies, Ramona tries convincing everyone to go out to lunch instead. This leads Bethenny to call out Ramona for always making things about her. (It’s turtle time!) Eventually, Ramona backs down and then tries telling Bethenny her lunch looks amazing. Bethenny says she can’t stay mad at Ramona for long because she’s like a 5-year-old.
As the ladies are dining on Bethenny’s amazing feast, Ramona shares her new book idea. She says she wants to write a book about her life, but Bethenny says she needs an arc, more specifically a resolution, before writing one. Once they start brainstorming about book titles, Heather says Ramona needs to make sure the one she comes up with isn’t already taken. But Bethenny argues that it doesn’t matter and even if a book with the same title was a best-seller, it’s a thing of the past. To her, all titles are up for grabs, but Heather disagrees and calls Bethenny a “know it all.”
That night, the ladies head out for a night of dancing at Conch Bar, but they’re fun is interrupted when Ramona makes a move on the bartender — the same bartender that Bethenny wanted to set Carole up with. (Adam must be out of the picture.) Luann bided her time by playing with a stray dog on the beach.
The next day, Sonja plans a day of fun at the Gansevoort Hotel, but the ladies are still upset with Ramona for her rude behavior the night before. And later during dinner, the night takes a turn for the worse when they all drink a little too many dirty martinis. When Heather drops the F-bomb, Luann tells her she needs to be more classy. This doesn’t sit well with Heather and accuses them all of swearing. When Luann says Heather should watch saying the F word in front of her kids, the argument turns into a debate over being a good or bad mom. Somehow, Dorinda takes a remark Heather makes to heart, and thinks she’s being called a bad mom. At least that’s why we think she’s upset. Tears start flowing, as Dorinda stands up and breaks down, while screaming at Heather. Heather then tries diffusing the situation by taking Dorinda aside, away from the other ladies. And the rest will continue next week!
