Home sweet home! After transitioning into her new life as a woman, Caitlyn Jenner, 65, is now ready to settle into a new living space as well. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty put down a cool $3.5 million for a sumptuous beach estate. HollywoodLife.com has a peek inside Cait’s new place — so come and take a closer look!
Boasting breathtaking views of El Pescador State Beach, Caitlyn’s new 3,500-square-foot palatial paradise offers 360-degree mountain, ocean and canyon views. Along with a lengthy list of luxe amenities, the former Olympian’s pricey pad most importantly has lots of room for her six kids — and four stepchildren! With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for any of the Jenners and the Kardashians to get comfy in.
Making Caitlyn’s 11-acre property even more perfect? Radiant-heated floors, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a covered patio and a pool and spa. The reality star recently made the move into her magnificent manse, upgrading from a $14,500-a-month rental above Malibu’s broad beach. Movin’ on up, girl!
While most of us might not ever be able to afford a $3.5 million house, Caitlyn sure can — especially after reportedly agreeing to more seasons of her E! docuseries, I Am Cait, for a whopping $75 million!
“The buzz is that Caitlyn has already signed a $75 million deal to do more seasons of the show. Kris [Jenner] has been agonizing over those rumors,” a source tells the June 29 issue of Star.
“Kris sees this as a direct attack on her business because it will essentially be KUWTK but without Kris. People are way more interested in Caitlyn than in Kris right now, so she is afraid it will severely affect ratings for her own show,” the mag’s insider adds. While Kris laments over her ex’s success, Caitlyn must be surely unbothered living as the queen of her own castle.
