How awful! The former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader who was accused of performing ‘sex acts’ on a 15-year-old boy she met on Instagram has finally pled guilty to the heinous crime.
Molly Shattuck, 48, was first accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an underage, unidentified teenager when she was arrested back in Nov. 2014. Now, approximately 7 months later, the mother of three has confessed to her horrific behavior with the underage boy by pleading guilty to the charges against her.
When first accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage boy, Molly was facing two counts of 3rd degree rape for her truly disturbing behavior. The ex-NFL cheerleader and squad coach was able to strike a plea deal before her trial began, which led to her pleading guilty to one count of 4th degree rape, reports TMZ. Due to his age, her victim remains unidentified at this time.
Molly’s actions have definitely rocked her family, and now that she’s plead guilty she faces up to 15 years in prison for the sexual misconduct. There is no word on what this means for her children, although it was previously confirmed that Molly and her husband, Mayo Shattuck, 60. Mayo is the former CEO of Baltimore’s Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, and the current chairman of another energy provider, Chicago’s Exelon.
Molly’s Seduction: How It Happened
Believe it or not, the nearly 50-year-old woman allegedly discovered the 15-year-old boy on Instagram in May 2014. Once they were in contact, she allegedly met with him a “half-dozen times” throughout the month of July. Their inappropriate relationship allegedly ended on Labor Day weekend, when Molly snuck him into a rented beach home she was sharing with her children at the time. Molly allegedly seduced the teenage boy and performed oral sex on him, and later that night he called his dad to pick him up at the home.
Two months after the holiday weekend, Molly was arrested and indicted on rape charges. So awful.
