Well, that’s awkward. In Kaitlyn Bristowe’s post-episode blog, she admitted that there was a lot she didn’t see on the latest ‘Bachelorette’– and it’d be nice if Clint had showed her the love he showed JJ! So, how’d she feel seeing ‘Clint and JJ sitting in a tree?’
Clint admitted to finding love on the June 1 episode of The Bachelorette . . . except it wasn’t with Kaitlyn Bristowe. So, after he pretty much blew her off for JJ the entire episode, how did she feel? It’s not too surprising that she was less than impressed with their bromance — and we have a feeling she won’t be happy about the “massive betrayal coming” next week, either!
“That was something serious. It’s crazy how much I didn’t see,” Kaitlyn wrote in her PEOPLE blog. “I just wish Clint could have treated me like he treated JJ. Speaking of Clint, that night at the cocktail party, his name kept coming up. I appreciated the guys’ honesty. You could tell they didn’t want to be throwing anyone under the bus and that they were genuinely just looking out for me.”
She went on to say she was definitely confused after seeing him as a sweet (and hot) guy on their one-on-one date week one, “but when I heard stories and heard how the guys felt, it pissed me off.” Of course, we were left with the moment that she pulled him aside and said to the cameras that he was “one of the biggest douches in Bachelor history,” so we can only imagine that next week we’ll see him head home. But not before more drama!
“It’s not just a simple bromance. I don’t know what it is, but I don’t think it’s that big of a stretch the way they were talking and acting. I’m still not even sure what to make of it,” Chris Harrison told TVGuide.com after the episode. And next week will be even more insane, the host teases.
“There’s a massive betrayal [that has to do with] the Clint-J.J. relationship, the likes of which I don’t know if we’ve seen in a long time,” he said. “It’s very explosive, and I don’t find Clint as much of the bad guy in the house that J.J. seems to be.” Well, does that mean “villains gotta vill?” Whatever the hell that means? I guess we’ll see!
