Make way for a living legend! On the season finale of ‘The Voice,’ the stage was rocked with greatness as the one and only Sheryl Crow dropped by to totally slay!
Is this real life? On the season finale of The Voice on May 19, Sheryl Crow (you may have heard of her) stopped by to let the contestants– and the world– know why she’s lasted in this industry for a casual 20 plus years. She and her signature smooth vocals rocked the stage, singing her song “Give It To Me” with finalist Joshua Davis — and there is no way to describe it other than utter perfection.
Sheryl Crow’s Performance On ‘The Voice’ Season Finale With Joshua Davis — ‘Give It To Me’
Add Sheryl Crow to the list of stunningly gorgeous women who literally do not age (Jennifer Lopez, we are also looking at you).
When the golden throated beltress hit the stage during the season 8 finale of The Voice, she looked quite honestly exactly the same as she did five years ago, ten years — even ago 20 years ago. Can you believe she’s 53 years old?
Let’s not forget to mention that Sheryl also sounded as good as ever, with her voice perfectly complimenting Josh’s. It almost sounded as if these two have been singing together for their entire lives!
We’d be angry if it weren’t such a freaking pleasure to watch and listen to her sing!
Sheryl Crow’s Enduring Legacy
Sheryl’s decades-long success cannot be argued, but she hasn’t had the easiest go of it. In fact, back in 2012, she had a major health scare when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
Thankfully, she did not have to undergo surgery, and to this day she’s doing just fine!
She also hasn’t had the smoothest of journeys in the love department though, as she had been at one point engaged to Lance Armstrong. However, their engagement was broken off before they could walk down the aisle.
Despite her past tribulations though, after this performance, it’s safe to say Sheryl is still going strong and she’s showing no signs of slowing down– which is good news for all of us!
What did you guys think of Sheryl’s performance? Does she still got it? (Spoiler alert: of course she does).
