Miley was out on the town in NYC and proved once again, she’s down with the free the nipple campaign!
She was dressed in short distressed jean shorts, black fishnet stockings, and a black mesh crop top — sans bra. Miley’s nipple was out and on display for everyone to see, where’s a nipple pasty when you need one!
As for her beauty look, it was somewhat fairy-like. Her platinum and yellow-tinted hair was gelled and slicked back behind her ears and she rocked glittery blue and yellow shadow all around her eyes. She went one step further and added a bit of glitter to her hair.
