After duking it out with Zayn Malik on Twitter, Louis Tomlinson wants all of the One Direction fans who stood by his side to know how much he appreciates them. Louis Tomlinson, 23, is one lucky dude to have so many people sticking up for him on social media. After he and his former friend, Zayn Malik, 22, went at it on Twitter, the millions of Directioners that were watching instantly sided with Louis -- and now he's letting know how thankful he is for their support.

Louis Tomlinson Thanks Fans After Zayn Malik Twitter Fight

Directioners are probably one of the most fascinating fandoms on the internet because they can accomplish almost anything with a hashtag, but what they are best at is supporting those 5 — er, I mean 4 — guys from One Direction.

“Our fans support really has been a different class,” Louis wrote almost 24 hours after he and Zayn threw major shade at each other on social media. “Huge love to you guys!!”

After all, Louis has every reason to thank his fans because they stood firmly by his side when Zayn called him “bitchy” and more or less told him to get a life. Zayn, on the other hand, was shamed to no end for mistreating someone the fans once called his “brother.”

Unfortunately, Zayn shared that he was only defending himself against Louis, but the fans weren’t happy with his excuse!
